History
I
began building guitars in High School woodshop. Through a desire to play
the guitar, I thought it would be more challenging to first build my own.
Through self study, I produced a mahogany guitar styled after the famed Gibson
Flying-V and using the neck-through-body construction. Later that year, I
produced several basses which I sold. During that time I completed
numerous Classical, Flamenco, and Electric Guitar and Electric Bass designs
which have never been implemented.
Wanting
to start a career as a Luthier, I allowed myself to be distracted by the kratobros.
Thus, I began my career as a software engineer. Culminating years later in
a 'High-Tech' startup collapse, I resurrected my original desire to be a Luthier.
Now, my single career devotion is to return to the crafting of wood into a
refined stringed instrument.
